Reconnecting Your Social Media Accounts with axregio connect

You need to reconnect your social media accounts with axregio connect due to missing permissions.

In some cases, it is necessary to reconnect your social media accounts with axregio connect – for example, if access permissions are missing or have expired. For smooth use of all features, we require full access permissions to your accounts.

How to disconnect

  1. Disconnect in axconnect:

    1. Integrations

    2. Click on "Use old Facebook login version" in the left panel

    3. Click "Disconnect"

  2. Remove the axregio Business Integration directly in Meta:

    • Open your personal Facebook profile.

    • Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations (left side).

    • Remove axregio.

  3. Clear your browser cache.


How to reconnect

  1. Log in to axregio connect.

  2. Click on "Integrations" in the left menu.

  3. Select the "Connect account" button.
