Approving a Trade Marketing Campaign on axregio connect

With this step-by-step guide, we support you in approving your trade marketing campaigns on axregio connect. We will show you how to accept a campaign invitation with an express booking.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in or register
    To begin approving a campaign, first log in to axregio connect. If you do not yet have access, please register on the platform first.
    Important: Before approving the campaign, check via the following link whether your company’s social media pages are correctly connected to the axregio connect platform: Check integrations.

  2. Activate the campaign
    On the homepage of axregio connect, you will find the section “My Tasks.” Here you will see the campaign that is ready for approval. To proceed to the next step, click “Activate Campaign.”

  3. Review campaign duration and advertising area
    Carefully review the specified campaign duration. Also check the defined advertising area. Using the small pencil icon, you can adjust the advertising area or campaign duration if necessary.

  4. Review advertising materials
    Go through all provided advertising materials and ensure that they are correct and complete.

    Using the small pencil icon, you can edit the advertising materials. Here you can also adjust your logo and company name.

  5. Review target audience, confirm terms and conditions, and finalize the campaign booking
    Before booking the campaign, you still have the option to adjust the age and/or gender of your target audience if needed.
    If the duration, advertising area, advertising materials, and target audience are correct, confirm the Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) and click “Book Campaign.” By booking, you confirm the listed advertising materials. After the campaign has been booked, no further changes are possible.

✅ Your campaign is now approved and ready to start.
