Instagram offers users the option to subscribe to an ad-free experience. However, this results in ads no longer being able to be run through the Instagram profile. A requirement for running ads is therefore that Instagram is used “for free with ads.”
⚠️ To run ads on Instagram, the profile must be set to “use for free with ads.”
Please also make sure to deactivate the subscription for Facebook.

Open your Instagram app.
Open your profile by tapping your avatar in the bottom right corner.
Open the settings via the burger menu in the top right corner.
Select “Settings and Privacy.”
Tap on “Accounts Center.”
Select “Ad Preferences.”
Tap on “Free with ads.”
Now select the option “Use for free with ads.”
