To use the Content Pool on axregio connect and run advertising campaigns, you need to connect our platform once with your Facebook and/or Instagram page.

Step-by-step guide:
Log in to axregio connect.
Select “Integrations” from the left-hand menu.
Click on the black “Connect Account” button in the bottom right corner.
Log in with your private Facebook account (this account must be an administrator of the Business Portfolio).
Select the Facebook and/or Instagram page you would like to connect with axregio connect.
A pop-up window will open with the relevant permission settings. These are preselected and all are required by us.
Confirm the authorization.

Make sure to activate all displayed options so that the necessary permissions are granted.
❌ My Instagram page is not displayed!
Most likely, your Instagram page is not linked to your Facebook page. You can find instructions on how to connect them here:
Once you have linked your Instagram page to your Facebook page, you can restart the connection process:
Log in to axregio connect.
Select “Integrations” from the left-hand menu.
If you were previously connected only to your Facebook page, click the “Disconnect” button in the bottom right corner.
Click on the black “Connect Account” button in the bottom right corner.
Log in with your private Facebook account (this account must be an administrator of the Business Portfolio).
Select the Facebook and/or Instagram page you would like to connect with axregio connect.
A pop-up window will open with the relevant permission settings. These are preselected and all are required by us.
